Dianna, Financial Manager
Dianna Sewell is our financial manager. She is our billing expert, and the person who sends you the bills. She knows how to bill medical insurances as well as your vision insurances. She is very knowledgeable and a great resource for your insurance questions.
Dianna was my first paid employee! She started at Keys Family Eye Care in Februrary 2006. She started as the Appointment Manager/Optician/Billing Specialist. She has worn many hats, and she is my MVP! Without Dianna's knowledge and work ethic, Keys Family Eye Care would not be successful.
Thank you Dianna for all of your hard work! Remember to ask Dianna how your medical insurance may help to pay for your examination!
Dianna has 14 years of experience in accounts receivables, accounts payables, and credit/collections. She has over 12 years experience in Data Processing, Medical Billing, and Office Manager and Supervisory positions. Dianna is married to Jerry, and she has 3 beautiful children. Dianna's first grandbaby, John, is finally here too--even though Dianna is only 25(wink, wink)! Dianna enjoys photography and church activities. She also enjoys sitting quietly and reading!

Jaime Jaime is our Optometric Technician (my aid). Jaime is a hard worker, and she wants to make sure that each patient has plenty of time to spend with the doctor. She also makes sure that patients do not have to wait long to see the doctor. Jaime knows how valuable time is to people, and she wants to maximize your time at our office. Jaime joined our family in August 2007. She has a background in Massage Therapy, and she graduated at the top of her class from Keys High School!
Jaime is expecting her second child in February. Brother John is anxiously awaiting her arrival (hope he's not disappointed she won't be chasing him around for a few more months--lol) |
